Load a skill into Claude
Open any skill’s SKILL.md, copy its contents, and paste it as your first message in Claude — or, with Claude Code, drop the skill folders into your skills directory.

Do the work
Give Claude your real details — the listing, the lead, the stats — and let the skill produce a first draft.

Run a persona-panel review
Pick 2–3 personas and ask Claude to react as each one: their gut reaction, where they’d stop reading, and one concrete fix. Revise, then send.

“Review the draft below as each of these personas. For each one, give (a) their gut reaction, (b) the moment they’d stop reading or get annoyed, and (c) one specific change that would work better for them.” — then paste the persona files and your draft.
